Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some of the most common questions our support staff receive.

How long does it take to set up an account?
Accounts are setup instantly as soon as your payment has been cleared.
VPS accounts are also setup automatically. Business accounts are setup instantly however the SSL certificate can take a couple of days for approval. But this won't stop you from setting up your new website while you wait.
I didn't receive my new connection details (Welcome email). What should I do?
As soon as your payment has been cleared by PayPal, your new account is automatically setup. There can be a few reasons why you didn't receive your "New Order - Welcome" email.
  • Your payment hasn't cleared yet.
  • It was sent, but it went into your Junk/Spam folder.
  • The automatic account setup failed due to incorrect information supplied.
If none of these situations apply to you, please submit a support ticket so that we can find a solution.
What is a reseller account?
A reseller account is a modified cPanel account that has additional privileges and access to a limited WHM interface. These privileges allow a reseller to manage subordinate cPanel accounts.
A reseller account is mostly used to sell web hosting packages to your clients. It gives you the ability to become a web hosting provider, under your own brand name.
Generally, resellers allocate resources on a system to cPanel users after purchasing those resources from a hosting provider (JNS Host).

Domain name prices vary. It depends on the TLD (.com, .net, etc), and it can also depend on the wholesaler that we purchase from. These are outside of our control. You can either purchase from us, or elsewhere and point to us. Click on the Domains link at the footer of this page for the current prices. Or click here.
